Monday 2nd November – breakfast
9am to 10am
1 cup warm water with a squirt of fresh lemon juice
1 small apple
1 cup of nettle tea
1 bowl of porridge with semi skimmed goats milk
1 small glass of water with Aloe Vera juice, 2ml Milk Thistle and two tablets of Dandelion Root.
Sunday 2nd November – breakfast
10am – 12pm
1 cup warm water with a squirt of fresh lemon juice
1 small apple
1 cup of nettle tea
2 seeded whole meal toast with Linseed Oil and Honey
Half glass of Tropicana juice with 1 tsp of Ester C, 2ml Milk Thistle Extract and two tablets of Dandelion Root.
12pm – 5pm
1 Apple
1 Mushroom, vegetable small roll
5-pm – 8pm
1 chicken drum stick with 1 small wholemeal chapatti and salad.
1 small bowl yogurt
5 small junks of water melon
9pm – 10pm
1 large freshly home squeezed 50% Carrot 50% Apple juice
Plus 6 tbls Aloe Vera Juice
Plus 3ml Milk Thistle Extract
Thankyou for your site. My mom has been diagnosed with this condition, and as she is in her mid 70′s the Dr’s seem to think that medication is really all thats good for her. Ive been trolling thru sites looking for diatry info for her. Your site just confirms what Ive found.
